Used to order from them all the time, even ate in when they first opened. After a few years of having them deliver I went in one day to order our food and wait. DISGUSTING! I will never order from them again. One side of the very small resaurant was torn apart, there was a little kid running around, riding a tricycle and had colored with crayon all over the walls. The seats were falling apart and it was extremely dirty. They've always been nice to me and we've liked their food but now I wonder what may have been in our food before we got it. Just gross. If you want to try their food then I'd advise you to go there to check it out first. I hope they've cleaned it up for your sake.

Very rude on the phone, told me I "must have called the wrong shop" because they didn't deliver for orders that small. Also implied that if I were a regular customer, it would have been fine, but because I have never been there before they would not deliver. If their website would have said something along those lines (ie. delivery order minimum), or if they would have said it a politely, I would not have an issue. I would have ordered for pick up. However they have an online ordering system that would have let me order and pay for my food anyway. Would they have just canceled my order? Just moved to the area and they lost a potential customer. Apparently my money or time isn't worthy of you.

The guy who wrote the other review is obviously mixing up this restaurant with another. He's not even from Michigan. How does he know about this place? I've been eating here for more than 8 years, and the food and service are consistently excellent. They've never messed up an order and the people taking the orders are quite efficient. They even deliver, which is a bonus. The fried rice is fantastic, the soups can be custom ordered without cornstarch (we prefer it that way), and everything else has been very good. In fact, one of my employees goes out of his way to get a carry out there at least once a month. Highly recommended for fast, fresh Chinese food.

Sub par food and horrible delivery service (paper bag ripped open and all sauce draining out.only reason I accepted is because the plastic bag around the paper bag concealed the damage). 1st and last time dealing with this establishment. I should have just read the reviews before ordering!

I've been ordering from this place since we moved into the area over 2 yrs ago. I always found it to be good food (until they changed their egg rolls) and good service. Last night was a late night getting home and we just didn't feel like cooking so we ordered from here about 6:45pm on a Tuesday. It took almost an hour for our food to arrive only for it to be COLD, now as I said we've been ordering from here for over 2 yrs so I called to tell them that the food was cold (not knowing if maybe someone new was messing up). Well I couldn't believe it when they said .... while it's colder tonight so the food cools down faster and if I want HOT food I should come in and pick it up!!!! Needless to say I or my family will NEVER order from them again!! I didn't want new food or a discount I wanted to let them know that the food was cold so they'd be informed of the quality of the food they delivered.

Bad attitude! They don't have egg rolls. They have spring rolls. The man yelled at me twice for asking. Yikes!

When we called we first spoke with a guy who must have been high -- seriously. He could not understand us (even though he sounded like a native English speaker) so he passed the phone to a heavily accented loud angry woman. When we asked if they had Pad Thai (as many Chinese places do) she yelled at us and told us to call a Thai place if we wanted Thai food. Very rude. I've never written a review for a place I've never even been but this was such a different (and strange) experience I had to say something about it. Unless you want a high guy or angry woman making your non-Thai food for you -- don't call this place.

I will never again order food from this establishment. The customer service is horrible. The guy who took my order acted like I was bothering him. I'd rather drive to the other side of Waterford and get food from China Jade than to waste my time with this place.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
